Greetings, Holly Hill Knights Family!

 Welcome to a new school year at Holly Hill School! Our guiding belief, “Our Kids Can!”, is more than a motto—it’s a commitment we live out each day. Our teachers, staff, families, and administrators work together to ensure every student receives exceptional educational opportunities. We honor the strong traditions that define Holly Hill while continuing to build new legacy projects that enrich the experience of all members of our school community.

Holly Hill is a mid-size elementary school in Volusia County, proudly serving approximately 700 students. Our academic programs span from our 3-Year-Old classes through 5th grade and include both general education and exceptional student education (mild varying exceptionalities and pre-kindergarten). We also host two VPK units—one blended with general education and students with disabilities, and one Dual Language program where students learn to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish. Now in our third year as a Dual Language school, we currently offer Dual Language classrooms in VPK, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade.

We are dedicated to educating the whole child. Learning continues beyond the school day through a variety of after-school activities, including clubs focused on STEM, healthy lifestyles, the arts, and technology. Students who need additional academic support also have access to tutoring opportunities.

Our partnership with your family and our community is invaluable. We welcome volunteers and encourage anyone interested to join us on campus whenever possible. Volunteer applications are available online, or you may contact our front office for assistance.

At the start of the school year, please take time to review the materials in your child’s take-home folder, as these include important announcements and required documents. We also encourage you to follow our social media pages, where we regularly share updates, reminders, and celebrations. While we continue to send paper announcements home, our online platforms provide quick access to the latest information. Links to these sites can be found below.
